Emily was so helpful throught out the process of re-financing my auto loan. She got me a much lower interest rate which lowered my monthly payment! I absolutely recommend IFS!

The process was fairly easy, and Bradley was great to work with! Communication through the whole process was excellent! It took a little longer to fund, but it was also Labor Day weekend, and so that is understandable. I would highly recommend IFS for auto refinance!
The applicat process was easy and I was able to do everything on my phone, and through email. I must admit I went into this process skeptical because my credit isn't great. We worked with John, and he found us a credit union that was able to refinance with a considerably lower interest rate. Every step of the way I was nervous but John kept me updated through the whole process. Thank you!! I have another car coming up that will be looking to refinance and I will not hesitate to give these guys my business.
The option was advised on Credit Karma, was skeptical, but I love Credit Karma, so I applied and got a response very fast. So easy to do, I used my iPhone for the entire process. Highly recommend IFS option.

The loan is not actually funded by IFS, rather, they shop it to get you a good offer. May was very prompt with her review and the information she was able to obtain. The interest rate was significantly lower, and this lowered my monthly payment. Of note, however, be careful of being automatically enrolled in the Gap insurance if you don't want it. You do have the option to not take it. Other than that, everything went very smoothly and was wrapped up in about a week. Goodbye Old Lender, Hello NEW!!!
