I used Trevor & Guaranteed Rate for my first home purchase and I didn't really know what to expect. Trevor was extremely helpful during all phases of the process, from pre-approval to closing & beyond. He was always available to take my call and would take his time explaining things I didn't understand and answering my questions in great detail. I would highly recommend Trevor & his team.

With First Rate we were able to close in under a month. First Rate provides step-by-step guidance for every stage of the process. Their secure online portal allows you to easily upload your documents and track your progress of the loan. His team is professional and prompt.

Trevor and his team made our mortgage process exceptionally easy. They were professional, efficient and available at all hours to help us get our deal done. Trevor and his team did a good job of providing an overview of the approval process and a list of the info I would need to provide. They kept me on track to make sure I submitted all of the information requested and and kept everything moving efficiently through their internal approval process. Everything worked well and the approval came through and enabled me to close on time.

Trevor was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. As a first time buyer, the mortgage process was very intimidating. He took his time to explain to me all my options and answered any questions I had. He was readily available (even on weekends) and provided honest guidance and support. I would definately recommend Trevor to anyone, especially First Time buyers. Explained the entire process, costs etc., and worked well within our budget constraints and what we had to work with. Very prompt in answering emails or phone calls. Answered any question we had, and explained what was being signed at closing and why. All in all a very productive experience.
