These people need to be reported to the *** for racketeering, and I am about ready to make a report if they refuse to accept my attempt to pay a debt again. They just give you the run around and tell you no you have to pay this way and if it gets lost you could be out of money for 90 days.... wtf?? then why are we doing it that way??? This company made changes in the past two monts, and did not inform customers. They are now charging to make payments on line and charging $12.00 to make payments by phone. Lousy company.

These people are the worst and cannot do their jobs correctly. They claimed that we were missing a payment, when it is their fault for not correctly keeping track of their records. We went out of our way to go back over 4 years worth of payments to document EVERY single check and transaction made to them, when that is supposed to be THEIR job. Worst place. Do not go with this place at all. I would had gone with an apartment than to go woth these crooks! Even my neighbors are highly disappointed with them.
The absolute worst company in existence, their process are ridiculously long . If you need anything done that requires anyone at triad to actually do work expect at least 7 business days before you’ll even get someone to contact you about your request and don’t even ask to speak to management they’re about as useless as the employees and their website .
