This was the "preferred" lender of the place I'm trying to get a home. It is unfortunate. They raised my agreed upon down payment cost, lost my submitted materials (like ID and SSN) more than once and it felt like they were looking for reasons to stop the process from proceeding.

My mother and father are in need of care and I am in the process of relocating my family to the back of their property. Two months ago my husband and I were approved and submitted the application for a Deer Valley home purchase. This financial company is the absolute worst to deal with. They will try to rip you off any way they can. The customer service people there are the most rudest people I have ever dealt with. I highly advise not using this company.
I have had my mortgage 3 months and 4 days. They sent my **** to the wrong address. When I finally tracked them down they told me to make a payment online and I couldnt because I was 30 days behind. I then sent them a payment and they returned it because it wasnt enough. So they refused my money online and via the mail. And now are saying they are forclosing. What is wrong with this company. I have had it with this place! U call and get no answer until the mortgage is past due by one day they calling about 100 times with different people leaving a thousand voicemails. It turns out when I call when I need help they dont answer any emails or calls until 48 hours. These people need to be reported to the *** for racketeering, and I am about ready to make a report if they refuse to accept my attempt to pay a debt again. They just give you the run around and tell you no you have to pay this way and if it gets lost you could be out of money for 90 days.... wtf?? then why are we doing it that way??? This company made changes in the past two monts, and did not inform customers. They are now charging to make payments on line and charging $12.00 to make payments by phone. Lousy company.

These people are the worst and cannot do their jobs correctly. They claimed that we were missing a payment, when it is their fault for not correctly keeping track of their records. We went out of our way to go back over 4 years worth of payments to document EVERY single check and transaction made to them, when that is supposed to be THEIR job.
