I don’t think it’s the company that *****it’s Ms M****** she needs to be fired hope she have a job that long! How can you work with that type of attitude and then they tell you that the calls are monitored and recorded I wonder if they recorded what she said today she said she don’t give a u know what and then hung the phone up in my ear just because I’m behind everybody have a Harris at some point but obviously she don’t something needs to be done about her working for this company.

I have a mortgage with them and they keep missing my property tax payment. It takes hours to hours on phone call and they still could not disburse the payment. I am having a headache with this company.

Horrible customer service. No one answers the phone. No one calls back. Cant get a copy of the amortization schedule for our loan. Am supposed to do a welcome call welcome to what?

Anyone thinking of doing business with this company Triad Financial Services, I would highly recommend that you consider other options. I have had my mortgage loan transferred from a construction loan to a standard loan for about eight months now and this company has messed up every single statement sent to me. There has not been one month that they have reflected the correct amount of money sent to them. DO NOT USE TRIAD - DO NOT USE TRIAD SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM This place is full of liars that will take your money then run. Im selling a home to a buyer for 40k the company said the buyer needed an appraisal so buyer pays $400 to an appraisal company that Triad works with says the home is appraised at $41.5k and now Triad is saying they wont do the loan. Been fighting this company for a year now. Everyone in our lives cannot believe the c*** were dealing with from triad. HORRIBLE communication, theyve yelled at my husband, hung up on him, claimed to be in meetings numerous times to avoid us, they do not get back to us, weve had to contact their lawyer 3 times just to get any answers, and now they lost our 2 month payment of $3,500, applied it to someone elses account and a week later theyre still fighting us, gaslighting us and giving us no answers. I'm glad I haven't signed on the proverbial dotted line yet! If I could give this experience negative stars, I would! Reading through some of these complaints and reviews, I see the same exact things I came here to complain about! This company has proven to be some shady thieves or uneducated people behind the scenes, that can't do basic math! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in all my years of working in the sector of managing offices and my own personal home loans.They are very unprofessional and often very rude.
