These people are a bunch of clowns! Ghetto, rude, liers. All I wanted to do was pay my mortgage, it only took 6 hours and 9 phone calls not a exaggerated number. Was told they called me yet they don't even have a phone number on file for me. They added charges on my account, with lack of evidence or research on there part on the issue, yet I do have the evidence and did the research. I will be refinancing my loan elsewhere. And suggest to any and all to avoid these this company!
I applied for a mortgage loan on a .67 acre creek front property with a 2020 modular home. Sale price was $175000 and I was putting $75000 down. My wife and I are both mid 800 fico scores. Process slow rolls for weeks. We are forced to extend closing. Finally one week before we are to close, I get a fee estimate stating I need to bring $92000 to close. $10000 of which is over inflated fees. A charge of $1200 just for an appraisal. Do not use this company customer service is rude 10 different people gave me 10 different answers to a problem with that they still haven't resolved. They paid taxes on a home that I shouldn't even pay taxes on until the current year. Then gave me a different amount on my rent in the current month and update without me even knowing it. Sent me a paper on an analysis that they did on the home which was supposed to be changing my rent in September but they changed it in July without any correspondence with me. Recieved a call from Triad Financial Services, ******(no last name) states that the call is recorded, and I don't think the call is recorded or logged and was not customer service friendly, states to my wife and I, to SURRENDER the house if you can not make payments and forget about paying Triad. Also gives advise to drive for doordash to make the mortgage, That's making a threat to a customer. I am forced to leave one star. They arent worth it. I have had to call every 6 months for the last 2 1/2 years. They mess up the escrow every time. Cant get managers to call me.

We were approved for a loan and had everything ready to go, sold our property because the loan was supposed to close in two days - only to find out they decided not to do the loan. No one called us to let us know. Now we have a little over a month to find a place to live.

How can you work with that type of attitude and then they tell you that the calls are monitored and recorded I wonder if they recorded what she said today she said she don’t give a u know what and then hung the phone up in my ear just because I’m behind everybody have a Harris at some point but obviously she don’t something needs to be done about her working for this company.

I have a mortgage with them and they keep missing my property tax payment. It takes hours to hours on phone call and they still could not disburse the payment. I am having a headache with this company.
