It has been months since 8 found a home and applied through triad. They have really been dragging their feet. Too many hands in the pot, no one there knows what is going on. I have asked for someone in charge there to call me to resolve my issues but no one has. I signed all the paperwork to close 2 weeks ago and was told there was a mandatory 2 week waiting period before I could move. Already paid the down payment and everything. Its been nothing but a headache with this company! This is just the last straw. They are understaffed and overworked and could not make our rate lock date. I was told they would extend our rate lock date because it was no fault of ours but THEIR FAULT. Three days later, the monday after, i was then told they will absolutely not extend our rate lock. It brought our monthly up over 500$! This has been the worst experience ever.

This was the "preferred" lender of the place I'm trying to get a home. It is unfortunate. They raised my agreed upon down payment cost, lost my submitted materials (like ID and SSN) more than once and it felt like they were looking for reasons to stop the process from proceeding.

My mother and father are in need of care and I am in the process of relocating my family to the back of their property. Two months ago my husband and I were approved and submitted the application for a Deer Valley home purchase. We were unable to do a traditional loan initially because of a single late payment in January due to the BBVA/PNC switch over and didnt notice auto draft had stopped. This financial company is the absolute worst to deal with. They will try to rip you off any way they can. The customer service people there are the most rudest people I have ever dealt with. I highly advise not using this company.

I have had my mortgage 3 months and 4 days. They sent my **** to the wrong address. When I finally tracked them down they told me to make a payment online and I couldnt because I was 30 days behind. I then sent them a payment and they returned it because it wasnt enough. So they refused my money online and via the mail. And now are saying they are forclosing. What is wrong with this company. I have had it with this place! U call and get no answer until the mortgage is past due by one day they calling about 100 times with different people leaving a thousand voicemails. It turns out when I call when I need help they dont answer any emails or calls until 48 hours. I need help with my pay due mortgage they dont do forbearances our deferments and one person has the nerve to say just pack your things and move before the foreclose process begin what type of establishment is this?
