I beg of you. Do not do business with this company. I will be posting every communication between myself and this company as soon as I get it all together. I have also contacted a lawyer. If you operate on integrity, know up front they most certainly do not. More to come.

I originally had my home loan approved through Triad. Once our construction loan was paid in full the account was transferred over to A+ ******************** in Nov. 2022. We started our mortgage payments with A+ after the modification was completed by Triad. Now here we are in Feb. 2023 and Triad reports an open mortgage to our credit report. We've had so many issues with Triad and now this. What are they doing? Can't even seem to get an actual manager or supervisor on the phone. It's ridiculous. I wouldn't suggest this com... read more

Triad has poor customer relation,they sent a lady to the door of my mobile home to deliver a letter on a saturday evening,with minimum info for me to contact them and on behalf of that the lady that delivered the letter,stated she needed toonly take a pic of the hud plate,and in within minutes after that she states she need two pictures,one of the front and of the back of the mobile home,although the cameras installed,captured her taking personal picture of the dogs in their pen and cars under carports,I don't feel as none o... read more

As soon as I mail a payment to them, it seems like its not enough and they want more and more money. I have tried to make a payment over the phone as well as online. I stopped doing that as they charge $12.00 over the phone to make a payment. I mail my payments in the form of money orders, not good for TRIAD! They have to have the green backs in their little hands right then and there as they think that they are the only company that I have to pay money to and or live on. This Business is not a Business you want for your financial Services, They Harass you numerous times a day, which is illegal to do once you have spoke to them, if you are 10 days late on a payment they begin calling you on the 11th day demanding a date and how much you are paying then they block your account so you can't pay online you have to speak with someone then they start harassing you more and demand a payment that day, their website states to contact if you are having difficulty paying that's so they can Harass you m... read more

I am a first time house buyer. And triad financial services is the worst lender company period. I've ever had to deal with. I closed on my house May of 2022 we couldn't move in until the final walk through by triad financial services which was Aug 2022 .Moved in mid Aug 2022. Our first mortgage was due Nov 1 . I call a couple of days before to pay my first mortgage and was told that I owe **** plus dollars for construction loan. Which was not told to us during closing . It has been months since 8 found a home and applied through triad. They have really been dragging their feet. Too many hands in the pot, no one there knows what is going on. I have asked for someone in charge there to call me to resolve my issues but no one has. I signed all the paperwork to close 2 weeks ago and was told there was a mandatory 2 week waiting period before I could move. Already paid the down payment and everything. Its been nothing but a headache with this company! This is just the last straw. They are understaffed and overworked and could not make our rate lock date. I was told they would extend our rate lock date because it was no fault of ours but THEIR FAULT. Three days later, the monday after, i was then told they will absolutely not extend our rate lock. It brought our monthly up over 500$! This has been the worst experience ever.
