Absolutely terrible. My representative didnt come around until 4 months after I bought my house and then told me we are changing your monthly payments. Mind you they changed my monthly payments three different times. I sent my new ones out, they destroyed them, then told me the following day I have to send my paper back. Absolutely terrible customer service! Very unprofessional! Loan officers either can't do basic math or think you can't so they can scam you out of money. I pray that they sell my mortgage!

This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with. I was not given a choice for a house loan. They never call you back and good luck talking to the person you need to talk too. Its like dealing with a bunch of kids. Anyone who has a choice please choose some one else.

Would give one star if I could , this company still owes me hundreds of dollars from my escrow , and every time I call , Im put on hold immediately and indefinitely right after I give me account information , no can you hold just the person sends me right to hold without speaking DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE !! I have had to resort to contacting my layer due to their lack of professionalism. This place clearly operates outside of the law

Unprofessional company. Doesn't answer phones half the time. Never returns emails or phone calls. It's taken me two weeks just to have a 30 Day Buyout letter sent to my email. Their phone system is a joke. Why is this company still in business???
Triad Financial Servicea is the rudest and dumbest group of people that I've ever had to deal with. They ignore your calls/voicemails and then it's your fault they never called you back. They send out notices of what's due, amount is paid, and then the payment is refused for "partial payment." The lady ***** that I dealt with on the phone was really rude She really didn't want to help me out with my loan and just wanted to Argue with me because I I'm getting forced out of my mobile due the mobile park I'm in keeps going up on their lot rent so now they have forced me onto the streets and triad financial don't want to work with me on my loan So if you're looking for a loan I wouldn't request you go to Triad

Triad offers a website to make payments online and free of charge. This website doesnt recognize my user name repeatedly, so I then have to call to pay my mortgage and be charged a ***** processing fee. This is a recurring problem. This happens so often that I have no other conclusion that it is on purpose. I have even heard their own customer service rep say they are doing this. Choose another company

If I could give this company zero stars I would! We bought our home and closed October 2021! Ive been mailing our mortgage checks just fine. On Thursday they had the office manager post a note on my door to call triad bc we are in collections. Apparently they didnt have our phone numbers and the number they were calling wasnt ours.
