Been fighting this company for a year now. Everyone in our lives cannot believe the c*** were dealing with from triad. HORRIBLE communication, theyve yelled at my husband, hung up on him, claimed to be in meetings numerous times to avoid us, they do not get back to us, weve had to contact their lawyer 3 times just to get any answers, and now they lost our 2 month payment of $3,500, applied it to someone elses account and a week later theyre still fighting us, gaslighting us and giving us no answers. I'm glad I haven't signed on the proverbial dotted line yet! If I could give this experience negative stars, I would! Reading through some of these complaints and reviews, I see the same exact things I came here to complain about! This company has proven to be some shady thieves or uneducated people behind the scenes, that can't do basic math! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in all my years of working in the sector of managing offices and my own personal home loans.They are very unprofessional and often very rude. When I was able to talk to a person who said they were going to help the were suddenly no longer with the company This was five (5) different people in one month. Absolutely terrible. My representative didnt come around until 4 months after I bought my house and then told me we are changing your monthly payments. Mind you they changed my monthly payments three different times. I sent my new ones out, they destroyed them, then told me the following day I have to send my paper back. Ive been waiting on a refund for MY money for about a month now and its a run around. I asked if someone can review my monthly payments and they told me they cant do that because they dont have accountants, ... read more

Absolutely terrible customer service! Very unprofessional! Loan officers either can't do basic math or think you can't so they can scam you out of money. I pray that they sell my mortgage!

This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with. I was not given a choice for a house loan. They never call you back and good luck talking to the person you need to talk too. Its like dealing with a bunch of kids. Anyone who has a choice please choose some one else.

Would give one star if I could , this company still owes me hundreds of dollars from my escrow , and every time I call , Im put on hold immediately and indefinitely right after I give me account information , no can you hold just the person sends me right to hold without speaking DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE !! I have had to resort to contacting my layer due to their lack of professionalism. This place clearly operates outside of the law

Unprofessional company. Doesn't answer phones half the time. Never returns emails or phone calls. It's taken me two weeks just to have a 30 Day Buyout letter sent to my email. Their phone system is a joke. Why is this company still in business???
Triad Financial Servicea is the rudest and dumbest group of people that I've ever had to deal with. They ignore your calls/voicemails and then it's your fault they never called you back. They send out notices of what's due, amount is paid, and then the payment is refused for "partial payment."
