Went to New Sales for a car what they wanted to give me was not worth it, I went back 2weeks later to the Used Sales not wanting to talk to anyone so I figured I would drive around but the closer I was to the office 3 sales rep come out like vultures. When I do get off the sales rep was unable to assist me, hands me over to another one -so why did you even bother. Went to look at a car with my daughter, had an Altima picked out but all they wanted to do was push the extras in the financing department along with telling us one interest rate but when the paperwork is written up, it is totally different. We got up and left at that point but not before I seized all the papers. Will never buy from them.
DO NOT BUY HERE! I live in SW Ft Worth, and was emailing Robert back and forth on a 2013Altima and a 2013 Hyundai Trade-in, sent detailed pics and description of trade to get ballpark figure of value before me driving 45mins to get there, had 2 cars in mind, super black altima sl with less than 7000 miles, or a white pearl altima sl with less than 19000miles both certified, after a couple of days of not hearing from Robert, I went to dealership anyway, robert didnt even have the courtesy to be there even though on my last em... read more
TEST DROVE a car next thing I knew I started getting tolls. Some type of way it was registered under my name?? Please Explain how this happened
Do not I repeat do not buy any cars from them, they sold us a lemon car! Every one was nice when you're there but once you leave they treat like they don't know you. Shady salespeople and shady managers. My wife bought a car 3 weeks ago and she took it back because it was making some weird noises, waited 4 days for them to tell us that the car had a bent subframe. They wouldn't take responsibility of any kind for it! Stay away from them!!
They take forever here, and try to upsale when you already told them no! It's overpriced. Estimated quote times are longer then they tell you.
First of all, I don't want to beat down on Nissan to much because when we first went in to get our car, we had an amazing sales rep by the name of Robert Green. He helped me and my mom get a decent car at an affordable price. But of course 2 years later comes (2017), and we decide to try and re-finance the car. So, we try and call Nissan to see if we could try it through them. I hate when you walk into the used department of a dealership and they tell you their lowest priced 2015 or newer altima 3.5 is going for $30,000. Common Isael/Ismael/Israel (Didn't stay long enough to learn his name properly). The cherry on top was that 30 minutes after I was heading to a different dealer he calls and says he had New Car prices in mind.
