I bought new car 2019 rogue one week ago I call service 6:30 am my car will not start up on hold 40 min . lady said they will call me back they never call me back there service very sorry .

I purchased a Nissan 370Z Roadster, and the top stopped working. I contacted Nissan to see about getting it repaired and was told they don't repair them. They also said this is company wide, not just them. So my issue is, why sell a $40,000 car that is not repairable? How can a company or even one dealership do this to it's customers? It is horrible business ethics. If they are this way with one thing, they are this way with more. Avoid Nissan and get something else.

Dont buy vehicle from Trophy Nissan in 2015 ..I will never go back . Bad customer service After you buy the vehicle from them . They are Not Honest person to deal with...need I say anything more . Be warned....

My Name is Rommel Gonzalez, I bought a Nissan Rogue certified on Oct 15, 2018, with an extra Warranty for 5 years. STAY AWAY FROM TROPHY NISSAN. YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME. My husband was buying a truck for his business. We live 3 hours away from Mesquite but were planning on buying additional fleet trucks. He spoke with a salesman named Jorge. After we agreed to the purchase and banking set up on our end, my husband asked Jorge to fax the Buyers Order to our banker. Went to Trophy Nissan used car to buy a used car. Spoke with Andrew Martinez and told him my situation. I just left DriveTime and took a car back that I had within 12 hours of driving it. Per their policy at DriveTime you have five days to drive a car without going over 300 miles. I brought the car back because of their high interest rate. Trophy Nissan ran my credit that day and I was approved with 500 down. The car that Trophy was trying to put me in I didn't like so I went home without a car. I was looking for a car for my daughter and found the one she liked at Trophy. After negotiating with the salesman we could not come to a deal, so we left. The salesman called back later that evening and gave me a better price. I told him I would sleep on it, and call him in the morning. We decided to buy the car at the price given over the phone. I really don't want to give stars for this review because I've had positive interaction with this Trophy Nissan. Jeff Butler is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. However after dealing with them since 2011 when I purchased my previous Nissan and now having purchased my 2016 Maxima 2 years ago you would think a level of appreciation would go a long way for a long time customer...NOT...LONG STORY SHORT. My parents just bought a car from here and have had the worse experience. They were given only one key and have been given many excuses as to why they cannot provide the second key. The salesman was incredibly rude and dismissive throughout the entire experience. Would NOT recommend for anyone else to go here. My family will never purchase another vehicle from here.
