bought a 2016 nissan, only had one key, a keyless remote, not a smart key, emailed trophy nissan for a price to make a spare.....$325.00 without trying hard i received prices of 185.00 from locksmiths I guess i got "lucky" found a smith that made a spare for $75.00 still too high but a bargin compared to trophy 2nd quote was for a hitch install ..was over 700.00 if trophy nissan charges 3 -4 times for service i dont even want to know what a simple oil change would be , ill let pep boys do the servicing
Run from this dealership...my battery needed to be replaced...long story short.....I never drove my vehicle off of the parking lot, I had to have it towed and later donated....and the funny thing, Trophy Nissan keeps sending me coupons for oil and maintenance service....I am now driving a Chevy Impala.
This is the worst and extremely dishonest car dealer. We went in to see a specific vehicle and we were told we could not finance that one because of our credit. The salesmen brought us a vehicle out and told us about all the scratches on the driver side door and several other areas . It looks as if it was keyed. They agreed to repair the scratches and it was written on the we owe paperwork. Two weeks later they told us the financing didn't go through. We opted to return their car and take our trade back. Trophy Nissan pre-owed,i will not buy a car ever again they cant even get the paperwork right,had to go 3 times to sign the contract,every time it was their fault they cant even put the correct year in the contract stupid mistakes like that,never again go their just got my deposit back frustrated i dont have time for this crap and I will take my business somewhere else with smart people.
Could not have worse things to say. Came here today to get work done and even the other customers in the waiting room were talking about how the service department was a huge scam. It's $135 to have them even look at your car. Not knowing this going in I left my car there and was told they were fixing something with my battery. Just traded our 2002 Nissan Yellow Xterra (from Trophy Nissan in 2002) with hail damage from the Larry Joe Festival 5 years ago, and 257,000 miles for a fun 2014 black Juke with 23,000 miles. Got no zero down and Trophy paid our Title Max the $525 THANK YOU for the title loan of 4 years NOT. Took the 'bumper to bumper' Ivan offered. We will never, ever buy from here again! We went to buy a new Armada and we spent a lot of time with the salesman. My husband asked if we would get a loyalty discount and the answer was NO! What- he has bought 5 cars from them! So they begged us to take the Armada home over night but we had to pay a $100 deposit. No thank you because if we decided not to buy then we would not get our deposit back. So we decided to go to McKinney and we found what we wanted and cheaper. What a terrible experience. I should have read reviews before even contacting this place. I am in another city 4 hours away. My first question to the sale rep, if we make a deal on a car can you deliver it. He said sure. I had friend test drive the car and check it out. Consider going elsewhere, especially if you're looking at pre-owned. No ethics on that side of the house! General Manager Jennifer Carroll tried to make it right when I contacted her, so kudos to her.
