Worst place ever to buy a used car. We purchased a $20K used car. We asked Trophy to repair a paint spot on the front bumper. They called us four days later and said all was repaired. We showed up to the bumper hadn't been repaired instead they repaired the back bumper which had no problem with the paint. Trophy kept the car to repair the front bumper. I bought an $18,000 used car from Trophy Nissan, and what happened was The car did not start on the next morning... please do not trust them when you're buying a used car here. I won't recommend this car dealer to my friends and families...

Really really bad service center I would recommend going to Rockwall Nissan so much better no kidding they really want your business and treat you right unlike Nissan of Mesquite gave them about a dozen tries won't be going back. Dealt with Robert snook never again! Wish him well but never again.

Used car salesmen not helpful at all, tried to get some information on financing and he never got it for me, sad because we would have bought, but they never called me back. There is a reason this dealership has an overall 2 star review. Trust the reviews folks!

Just say No! Crooks; how do I begin. Bought a good looking used car and 1 week after having it ....AC doesn't work ...after they promised to inspect car thoroughly; plus found out they sold me my previous car for $2000 above market value( looked at the computer when they pulled up my info) was a repeated costumer with great credit but they don't care about you PERIOD. Lesson learned ... just don't go... their loss so maybe we should (the consumer) should start teaching them a lesson

I brought my car in for service last Thursday and was told they found a transmission leak, but it was covered by warranty and given a loaner. This week I get cryptic voicemails about an axle and a catalytic converter and no response to texts or phone today other than an assurance someone would call me back. I came to trophy Nissan hoping to buy my first car, with a specific car in mind. I got placed with Montaz who knew I was coming in for a specific Rogue... when I arrived he wasn't able to find the car. Then the nightmare continued. I was quoted an APR that the finance department said should have never been quoted. Then Montaz said that 3 of my tires were replaced new, which I came to find out was a lie. josh s...... i did have my car repaired from the damage your mechanics did to my car. why would i let your mechanics touch my car again after what they did.... the control arms were loose .....they warped my rotors. why would someone have to keep bringing back their car to see what they did wrong? should of never been a mistake made in the first place.... how sad you said good luck to me getting my car repaired ....you should be concerned that nothing bad happen to me driving my car... let me remind you i have proof of wh... read more
