This place has the worst customer service ever and it starts with the GM Jennifer Carroll. I went there and purchased a car on 08/01/18. Everyone congratulated me on the purchase on a new car everything was fine. The fiance department told me they would contact me in a few days to sign off on the paperwork. I received a call on 08/08/18 from Trophy Nissan finance department advising me they have the deal and to come up and sign the paper work for the bank. Bought a Sentra a few years ago, planning on getting many miles like Nissan used to be known for. At 142,000, the famous CVT transmission went out. Had a local transmission guy replace with a transmission bought from Trophy, with a 12,000 warranty. At 12,800, that transmission also went out. Requests for Trophy or Nissan to help us with this matter were scoffed at. The Nissan CVT is well known for issues, and I wish I had researched that better. You have better luck going up the road to Nissan in Rockwall. Way better staff, better deals, so much more professional and an overall cleaner facility. This is regarding the pre-owned side of Trophy Nissan. Terrible customer service. They will tell you a car is available all day but then you will stop into the lot and it won't be there, or they will tell you 5 minutes before you get there. This is the worst possible dealership we could go to. I spoke to Delvin, the used car sales manager over the phone extensively before coming. We did not talk about price because I wanted to see the condition of the car first. We get there and the car drives fine, everything is good. But nobody showed us any of the cars features, and the gas tank was half full. When it comes time to negotiate price, Delvin laughed in my mom and I's face. Went in for a routine oil change. Had to wait 10 minutes in my car before anyone came to greet me. Waited in the lobby area. Upon examining the room people that came after me were already leaving. I inquired and was told my vehicle was almost ready multiple times. I waited 2 hours & 15 minutes before being told that there was a glitch in the system and they had not started on my vehicle. You make an appointment for service for no reason. Wait time is the same as someone just walking in for the same thing. Horrible customer loyalty as well. I told the person I always work with they are not taking care of me and he laughed like it was a joke. Trophy Nissan has lost allot of respect from many over the recent years.

I was shopping around to buy my first car around the time they were doing a midnight 6k rebate at the end of the month. I was vocal about only wanting to look around at the Maxima and 2018 Altima to see if they were cars I wanted to make a huge investment in. Cars are investments, not like grocery shopping. Awful awful awful. Never in my 26 years alive have I ever been treated so rudely by a so called dealership. My sales person Mr. Shepherd is a wonderful man to deal with but the finance manager Mr. Justce was beyond disrespectful to my mother and I when we were only asking about the warranty and if it could beat the warranty my bank was offering. I have done business with them 3 times in the past. I can honestly say that every time I have been back the service has been worse and the quality of work is declining as well. I was hit by road debris that went under my car. As well as front damage, the back tire began not holding adequate air more than a day or so.
