I received a call from Jose at 9:21 PM on December 30, 2022, asking if I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. I responded with a no thank you, and then all I heard was a "click"... no have a nice night, no please contact us if you do need our services in the future.... absolute crap customer service ethic. The most horrible buying and service I have ever received in my entire life. I bought a commercial vehicle with special needs, As part of the sales promotion, I was promised a wrap job on it that I never received, along with a special package including 120 V plugs, great stereo with built in back up camera and extended warranty. I was super excited to purchase a car from here and ended up getting kicked out for trying to negotiate with them. Mohammad F. was selling us the car and did not try to help us get a good price on a used car with over 100k miles and had damage that they were not going to fix. Also the office is not accommodating, we were not offered water, we were squished into a tiny cubicle and it was overall a dissatisfactory experience. Take your time and money somewhere else!
Received a complimentary oil change from Trophy Nissan through teacher appreciation, and I was ready to use it. I called and made the appointment with them knowing I have a Toyota Corolla. On the day of the oil change I showed them my voucher and they turned me away. No appreciation I guess from trophy nissan.
They tacked on a bunch of unnecessary services to a normal oil change. For 15,000 miles they changed the oil, performed a brake fluid flush, changed the cabin air filter, replaced the perfectly adequate windshield wipers, and charged me for something related to the fuel system, none of which was detailed to me before servicing my car. The owners manual says that the brake fluid flush should not be performed until 20,000 miles and only in extreme circumstances. A $78 oil changed up-charged to $400 for literally 0 benefit.
I decided I'm going to leave as many bad reviews for this company as I can. It has now been 2 months that they have had my car. I am starting to feel like this company is doing something shady with my car. The mechanic will say he is going to call, and never calls. I wouldn't use this company ever again. Not even to change my oil or fix a flat tire. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't take your car or buy a car from this place worst Fucking people ever. Service department told me nothing was wrong with my vehicle prior to warranty expiring. Take my car to another Dealership just shortly warranty is over (2months later) and I have $8,5000 in maintenance that needs to be done.Nice
Had to drop off my car to get worked on. Worst customer service ever. Told them if anyone could take me home and they asked if I had someone that could pick me up. After that came back to drop off on a later day cause they told me they would have a rental. Ended up having to get a Lyft and they only cover $15. My vehicle only has 1000 miles. I must first say please read and pay close attention to the reviews. They are truly here for a reason. I'm going to try and keep this short straight and to the point. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I am now living with deep regret. I won't even go into details about the asking price and deal I got on the vehicle, I'll just say that it was less than fair.
