Bought a 2024 Sentra with the understanding that it was a certified vehicle. When the sale was almost complete, I was told that the vehicle had a minor accident before and could not be certified. Then a week later, I discovered the windshield wiper reservoir was cracked because of the accident that caused the vehicle to be uncertified. Just to have an oil change in this location, almost 3 hrs wait Ridiculous l. I went to express oil last week to have my oil change in other car. Was in and out in 1/2 hr.

I brought two vehicles from this dealership and with most people the sales staff was great. However, my interactions with the service team and management has been a complete nightmare. First, off they force some type of service plan in the price of the car abut then refuse to do anything what the service provides. the service team will lie to you and just tell you anything just to get you out of the shop. Bought a 2015 Hyundai (for my daughter) from Trophy Nissa Mesquite used car lot around 130,000 miles. Sales team was great, car was what we expected. No issues. Part of the deal was a 2 year free oil change. This is where the problem is. They scheduled 1st oil change. My daughter shows up and they change oil and the proceed to show her all the problems of the car we just bought from them and why they need to be fixed immediately. I am having a nightmare experience with Trophy Nissian. It started with me taking my 2020 Nissian Maxima to Trophy on Friday May 16th for a Check engine light. The car was driving perfectly fine before and was even driving fine when I pulled in for service around 12pm. My service advisor Jose Garcia checked my vehicle in a later told me they would have to keep in and it would be ready on Saturday May 17th. They don't like to answer the phone...I am trying to get certain bolts for my Nissan Sentra and was told to call at 3:00 but no one wants to pick up the phone so I have to take my business elsewhere my buddies at Oreillys will take care of me in Seagoville. I was there a day ago and drove 30mins to this Trophy Nissan, waste of gas, time and money Do not come here

Most of the employees over there have bad attitude. I tried to make a battery warranty valid because it's not working at all and the employee told me that the battery has to be installed at the vehicle but I just told you that it's not working at all I said, his answer was well then you have to towing your car

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Trophy Nissan during my recent visit for a basic oil change on my 2019 Nissan Pathfinder. I brought my vehicle in, running perfectly fine, for what should have been a routine service. Instead, this experience turned into a nightmare.
