How does Trophy Nissan tack on $2500+ worth of useless dealer add-ons get such a high rating?! The dealer told me that the Trophy Protection package has been added to all of their vehicle's for over 48 years. I say they have been gouging customers for over 48 years. $450 for nitrogen (air is free); wheel locks $200 (Trophy Nissan parts dept. $60); door edge guards $400 (I could belabor the point but nuff said)... I've been here two hours for my scheduled appointment for free oil change and service. It is crowded. Not enough seats. No updates. Only excuses. Avoid this place at all costs. Do it yourself in your driveway. Save time money and get better service elsewhere. My free service only cost $130.

Bought a pre my owned car here. After a couple hours of negotiations about the purchase, the deal was ready to be done. Only to find out the car was already sold. The sales team did the right thing and gave me a deal on a better car. After everything was signed and I was ready to leave with the car, it was filled with trash. The cleaning and detail team only did the exterior, and completely neglected the interior. Trash, cigarette ash, and dog hair everywhere. Beware the dealership uses bait and switch tactics when aggressively offering to purchase used vehicles. Their "offer" was $42,000 for my showroom condition 450 SL. When I called to confirm this was legit, the offer was suddenly $35,000. Don't waste your time here, certainly not when selling.

OMG...avoid this place at all cost...don't believe a word they say, and no matter how tired and hungry you get from their lame tactics, read and re-read everything because they will do "funny" things in the finance office...Consumers beware...this is the "Poster Child" of why dealerships and car salespeople are hated...they deserve it....STAY CLEAR.

Took my car to get it serviced and recieved poor communication on the diagnosis of the problem, the shifter was broken during repairs, and the clutch interlocking switch was broken too.

I went in this past July to possibly purchase my first brand new car. Bret Palmer showed me several cars, and I ultimately decided on a 2023 Maximma. Now Kyle knew that I lived in the Waco area, and that was an hour and a half drive. He failed to tell me that I would have to have all service done at Trophy. Had I known this, I would've made my purchase at the Waco dealership. It took 4+ hours from start to finish, and I was mentally exhausted. It's a lot. if I could give 0 stars I would. I was quoted a price to replace my ECM and was told this would fix my car. They replaced the ECM, 03/24/2022 and told me that the car was ready. My car still have THE SAME ISSUE. I had to get towed back to the shop. The communication between me and Danny Slatinsky, Assistant Serivice Manager, was unacceptable. I had to call frequently about the status of my repair. They eventually called me and said replacing the ECM did not fix the problem to supposedly fix the issue after the problem was... read more

Make sure you check the entire car before purchasing even with the Carfax report. You can't trust them.
