Don't come here for oil change unless you want to wait 3 hours very poor service. I even had an appointment. Needless to say it will be my last time here.

worst experience ever bought a truck used they promised a bunch of things to be done that never got done correctly went 3x and still not right. this company is not all about best buying experience all they do is act like they care at first then quit responding and pretty much says good rittens sorry you had a bad experience maybe you come back. yea right. first time shame on you second time shame on me. do you're self a favor and go elsewhere.

Trophy Nissan service department is a huge scam. Took truck in for warranty work in early 21' that was clearly covered by third party warranty company in the warranty paperwork. These guys didn't attempt to reach out to the warranty company to file a claim for the repair. They called me and lied and said the warranty company did not cover the work needed. Pretty sure not much has changed in 2 years. Stay away

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was quoted a price to replace my ECM and was told this would fix my car. They replaced the ECM and told me that the car was ready. Not even 15 minutes after leaving the shop, my car stopped on the highway with THE SAME ISSUE. I had to get towed back to the shop. There was absolutely no communication from my terrible "advisor" Ryan, I had to call frequently about the status of my repair. They eventually called me back after 2 weeks and said replacing the ECM did not fix the problem and quote... read more

Fraud, fraud, fraud. Stay away from Trophy Nissan. I had a VERY bad experience with Trophy Nissan. I dropped my SUV off with rear corner small damage including rear light damage. (Picture attached) First, they quoted 6k and the insurance approved. They noticed the insurance is good insurance so they revised the quote to 12k after a few days. These people is a trip, Do not buy a vehicle from this place. I took my youngest daughter to purchase her first vehicle from them, due to my oldest daughter and myself had purchase some vehicle from them.We only had this KIA Soul barely a month before we discovered that it had a oil leak. Do Not Do Business ESPCIALLY WITH CASH Down payment. MY Mothet in law lisa was bought a brand new Nissan rouge from salesman JAMES BROWN took my cash $8000.00 back to FINANCE TO LUIS SUAREZ.. absoutly worst experience i have ever had in buying a car. They sold me a brand new car with scratches on hood and doors. The scratches could not be seen when salesman did walk around on it before releasing it to me because it was cloudy and almost dark. The car was in make ready for 2 hours. sad to say there business is very bad , second time we come for a sales and they sold it while being here ! super upset with how they " supposedly " handle there business never purchasing a vehicle with them ever again !
