The worst experience in my life The west side of the building was the worst side of the building. It needs to be remodeled and is very old. The rooms were very old looking in the bathroom was disgusting. Then where I was located I was right next to the elevators. The elevator is they only have four elevators, and it was filled when it was time to leave. The elevator stopped on every floor. The elevator was hard. The elevator was noisy. It was too fast. Horrible delayed customer service, room stank of smoke and breakfast was exorbitantly priced!! The "non-smoking" room smelled like smoke/gross, no blankets and when I asked for one a stained one was delivered by a man who behaved really odd, no room service after 9pm! No wheelchair available for over 1 hour! No bell service available for 45 minutes! We are very disappointed and angered with the experience at Trop and would like some money back. the master bedroom wall is paper thin...the guests in the adjacent snored all night and kept us awake. It was as if he was in our room. The shower in 3002 was wheelchair accessible but the water ran from the shower stall into the bathroom floor and was quite messy and created a safety hazard. No ice in vending rooms on floor 30 and 35...had to walk up to 36...had to walk because there was a 20 minute wait for an elevator, the nig... read more

I won’t be back The logistics of reaching the Havana Tower after check in was a nightmare, particularly for my disabled-elderly cousin. We didn’t have a choice about whether or not to use valet because you can’t park to check in. Once we checked in, instead of the agent telling us we should take the car, he gave us walking directions, we had a few bags, my cousin struggled. He was a jackass too. Not great at all The room, and throughout the night was terrible… I was with my daughter, and the couple next were at it all night.. it woke my child up asking me if I was banging on the wall.. just a very uncomfortable experience… called down to guest service and they told me it was nothing they could do… cause I was trying to to get a room switch Casino was cool

Fair I have booked South Ocean View Executive Room for additional 200$ charges, but they provided me regular room with back side ocean view

Never stay here again especially in the West Tower. We stayed in the West Tower. Got stuck in the elevator twice. Took shower that ran cold. Ice Machines not working except on 4 floors Black mold It had easy excess to the boardwalk
