Would go back for a day trip but not to sleep over a few nights We were in the Chelsea tower so it was a mission lugging all our stuff through the hotel to figure out where to go. Went the wrong way. Not knowing where we were exactly made the map hard. We could go out from the Chelsea lobby but our key card wouldn’t let us back in. We walked around the building once then realized we could go through the casino next to hooters. How close to the beach it was

Sleepless nights Our room was located next to the elevator and the noise from the bangin and squeeking as the elevator went up and down due to some kind of malfunction was horrible especially at night. I didn't get very much sleep. The breakfast was amazing, very tasty. The pool was nice, lifeguard on duty

Fair Non-smoking room smelled disgusting of smoke Check In did not explain how to contact housekeeping. Room had to be scheduled to be cleaned and get new towels. Trash collected if you schedule it. Trash left in halls by occupants of room since it is not cleaned automatically.

Big ghetto!!! No me gustó las instalaciones, en el lobby , los pasillos, en cualquier lugar el olor a marihuana era terrible!!!! Los ascensores asquerosos nada limpios!!!! Los pisos sucios, las ventanas sucias, la piscina y sus alrededores asquerosa!!!!!! La habitación tenía olor a humedad!!!! No me gustó Nada, en lo absoluto!!!!
