Very underwhelming and I had high expectations which were not even close to being met The whole floor smelled like weed, our room was next to the elevator so we heard people screaming all night and the elevators making too much noise, the spotlights on the building were shining into our room all night, the room looked very bare and dated (not like the pictures), staff were not helpful, at the resturaunt wait staff dropped plates which cut my ancle and I was bleeding and they said they wouldn't get me a bandaid so I had to as... read more

Won’t be going back unfortunately It was kind of old and a lot of smoking was allowed and the prices were ridiculously expensive everywhere we went within resort The room itself was decent

It was a very nice place but never stay in Chelsea tower Room tooo far from everything lots of walking and we tried to rent a scooter and unfortunately we couldn’t get one It was very nice and close to the beach

DISAPPOINTED If I am not mistaken, I booked an Ocean View Room I received a King Room Smoking. Furniture was dirty, the mattress needed to be replaced sunken in!! I was supposed to stay from July 1st to the 5th. I went home on the 2nd of July!! Location
