Not great, not bad. I found a roach in the first room that almost fell into my luggage. I went to the desk to complain and they upgraded my room. Also, there were only 2 people working at check-in and one was for diamond status members. It took almost 45 minutes just to check-in and another 40 minutes to get a different room. The upgraded room we received was nice. The restaurants are great. While I do believe that they may have a staffing shortage, every staff member I encountered was very friendly.

When are you going to upgrade It's a very out dated hotel it needs a lot of upgrades. It's one of the last ones you can still smoke at The location was good

Fair We stayed on the west tower and those elevators were ridiculous, every time we went to go use them they took forever or they were completely packed, just the same as the parking garage, so be prepared to wait long for them. The room was ok, but our was hot every night, the AC knocked was broke. Be prepared to when you go to blue parrot outside pool you have to pay for everything, even to sit. I liked the shops and restaurants in the hotel, the indoor pool was decent.

Enjoyable amenities and location with difficult staff The workers for check in were very rude and messed up my reservation with my last name as my first name and my first name as my last name which made check out difficult too since I couldn’t use my id with the kiosk The location and variety of businesses

Won’t be back. Dirty room, halls. Most staff unhelpful, some rude. Too many kiosks, not enough staff. Adult only pool
