Tropicana needs to comp my next stay or refund my payment or i will never stay at the Tropicana Room dirty at arrival, Room was never cleaned during our stay, Phone in room did not work, No towels, wash clothes, soap, shampoo, No one at front desk to assist us Nothing

Unlikely to stay again The room smelled horrible I brought sprays with me nothing was helping it’s like it was embedded into the floor. Didn’t smell like smoke smelt like feet . Wiped everything down and sprayed smell wouldn’t go away

Not even worth a free stay. The room looked like a crime scene. The carpet w stained all over, the couch in the room had visible stains and the room smelled of weed and cigarettes the entire time. I saw a bug on the wall that looked like a bed bug but I can’t confirm the species. Check in was a machine and I spoke with no staff to report the issue. My stay was short, went to reward booth to get card refused to give to me. none play rules. I don't like how they let themselves be used to do wrong. It's not fair to me as a customer and should not be treated this way. I was in 1516 right across from the elevator. Have to check out early because of a business issue. Asked for a receipt and was given a charge a receipt for charges of hotel stay which came to 101. Something. Stayed there for one night and one of their sweets. No carpet in the room the decorations were terrible. The room was fa Property was very outdated and needs a complete remodel There was a lot of shops to visit.

Bad I booked online and when I got there the price was different.we had to pay150 extra for us to stay in the same wing as my family. After paying 506+ online .we was bookwd for the west tower and they said the north tower was better. No view We booked smoking rooms and the police and security was at my door about the smoke alarm on the floor going off.
