Bad place to stay There was a trickle of water that came out of bathroom sink. They didn't fix it. didn't get a different room. The hallway smelled so made of weed. I was in the non smoking rooms. and you charged me a resort fee and they charged me 56 dollars resort fee. never again it was clean

Clean bathroom, but dusty rooms I booked a king room but they gave us two queen size room. The room was dusty, the beds was uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean, the room is quiet.

Disappointing The heat in the room was mostly cold air , the outlets and the curtains were nasty.something was hanging off the ceiling. The phone was not operational

Your hotel is far below my expectations. I would rather stay in an ordinary hotel. I thought I had booked a room for the night of December 27, but I had mistakenly booked a room for the night of December 26, 2024. On the evening of December 27, 2024, my wife and I arrived at the hotel around 10:40 and went to the reception to get the room and they made us wait in line until 12:30, then it was our turn and while we were talking they put someone else in line. Disappointing and Disgusting Please see above!! I can't believe I paid top dollar for a luxurious hotel and received below subpar accommodations. Upon entering 41st floor where our hotel room resided I was met with a smell of cat litter or mildew. The bathroom shower faucet leaked the entire night and there was a banging noise that I found out from the front desk that could resemble an elevator freight noise.
