Disappointing Rooms/facilities are old. Bathroom door was off track and needs repair. Room was cold at first, and temperature difficult to manage and control. Water stains were on ceiling and there was discoloration. Staff did not replace towels and wash cloths the next day. Definitely not one of the best casino hotels that I have stayed at. On Boardwalk. Above casino. Fairly priced relative to other casino hotels

Poor Everything The property is in bad condition. And the rooms are worse. There is no rm service, you have to order from the resturant and when you get your food it is cold.

Depressing We stayed in the West Wing. The elevators were filthy. There was a chicken wing in the elevator for a day. The other elevator had an oily brown bag on the floor. the elevators looked like they were not cleaned in a long time . The area around the Tropicana was so deserted and seemed very unsafe. Our room was very sparse looking . No pictures on the walls and not even a bar of soap in the bathroom.

nov1-3 the room we got it was nice and spacious, however it smelled like marijuhana. The worst part was my husband and i got bit by bed bugs. and that ruined the trip . thanked god we noticed the second night bcus we didn’t sleep much the first night bcus it was our honeymoon. the view was amzing , i loved the cuban restaurant
