Will never stay here again. they do not comp anything, not soda or even bottled water. the restaurant options were nice.

Our booking amenities specifically stated microwave but there was non in the room. No microwave It was a convenient place to stay. Bed and pillows were super comfortable and the place was very clean. And quiet upstairs in the hallways.

Charged by Property in addition to Reservation on Booking Got ripped off. After paying almost $300 a night times 2 rooms, the Tropicana charged my card an additional $40 per room for the night and is not refunding my money. Despite Booking saying the price was inclusive of all taxes and fees. Additionally they put us in the Chelsea tower. The room itself was run down not to mention far away from everything. Never again. Planning an ac wedding in May will not be staying here The bathroom door was broken. I booked Havana tower but was given west. I told the person checking me in this and she didn’t care. She said oh well ur in west now. Only one person checking people in. The bath tub was moldy and had dirty brown water. Toilet didn’t flush well either. Was very run down. Location
