Disappointing Room wasn’t very clean, housekeeping never came to clean room/ replace towels. Other guests were loud and rowdy. Took security too long to come up and solve

Stayed here for a concert venue within the facility . Would not stay here again for any other purpose . Wasn’t very clean in the rooms. AC barely worked. The bathrooms weren’t as clean as they should have been had to wait in line to get on the elevator. Excellent eating choices Lith in the hotel itself. Architecturally beautiful.

Room did not live up to high price paid for it. Poorly trained front desk staff, rooms said newly remodeled but were worn, hvac used old manual thermostat instead of digital and difficult to keep desired room temperature, was non-smoking room but can smell people had smoked in room, deadbolt on door did not work, refrigerator froze the beverages and didn’t have a setting adjustment. Worst part is smoking in casinos. Shops & restaurants on site

I would never go back to that hotel The room was Old outdated , everywhere smelt like cigar , cigarette or melded Huge gambling floor

Terrible, will never stay there again We were in a tower a mile away. The air conditioning didn’t work for the first 24 hours and our room was 77 degrees. Every time I tried to go online I had to re-hook up to the Wi-Fi and it barely worked. The shower didn’t get warm and barely produced any water. When we got there our door was left open. The entire floor smelled like weed, and not just a faint smell but a very strong odor. The room was also outdated and not very clean.

disaster for a four stars hotel the bathroom have mold in the sink , they don't clean your room or replace towels , I expect something better from Tropicana because have four stars but after I arrive to the hotel I heard to many complaints from other guests and I read to many bad reviews I don't know how they have four stars, if you want they clean your room or need towels you have to call to the cleaning service but nothing when they answer they say only work to 3 pm and they are going to see if they can send you clean towe... read more
