I book on Chelsea Tower, but they give my room on west tower The water in the sink it’s not working and not heat at room temperature Nice a lot of places to eat

I’d come back again, but stay in a separate hotel next time. Indoor smoking in the casino meant EVERYTHING smells like your smoky grandmothers house. Really nasty. Nice location for the casinos and boardwalk. Good food in the venue.

For a person who has be coming to AC for years, I’ve stayed at better hotels. I would only stay again if I really needed The woman at check in was all over the place my mom asked the lady for a room that was closer due to my disability she gave us the farthest room away in the farthest tower my mom also specified that she did not want to be next to the elevator due to the noise the room was right next to the elevator and the carpet in our room was filthy and had a smell The location of the property was nice

Disappointing I did not like the poor service at the hotel, could not get answer at service desk, room smelled like stale smoke, terrible bedding. I like the hotel shops.

Don’t know when I’ll stay at Tropicana again. I think I’m gonna do another hotel. I’ve been in Tropicana for so many yea They reimburse me $40 I think I would rather gotten a complimentary room with the ocean view, even if it was non-smoking Just as soon as I checked in, the smoke detector went off somebody was smoking crazy I smoke but I still got respect.
