not going to stay at Tropicana again! extremely dirty hotel from the room to the common areas. we paid extra to upgrade our room which the check in staff does well to up sell you a better room but it was disgusting. We found a chicken bone next to our bed, pubic hair in our towels, broken beer glass on our bed just awful. the view

Super dissatisfied. I would use the restaurants again but would second guess another stay at this hotel . CHECK IN WAS MY BIGGEST ISSUE The check in process was horrid . The Kiosk self check in did not work for a lot of us .The Kiosk even took a man’s license!! Although I did like the fact that there were plenty Kiosk to check in I wish It worked for me .
