Bad 1. The ice machine did not work on our floor. 2. The soda machine was empty. 3.I went through 7 people to get a cup of ice water at night for my mom to take her medication with. I was told I had to order it through the slot machine which you have to spend 5 dollars for the drink menu to even pop up after we had already spent plenty of money that day in the casino. 4. Did what it needed to do but not worth the price. - Overbooked so we didn’t get the room we booked. - spotlights on the rooftop were pointed towards our room -Didn’t clean our room during our stay even when asked, staff refused. - room was old and dingy ( lights were flickering on as if in a horror movie) - tub wouldn’t drain while in the shower and pipes were banging - Valet parking encouraged but was a mess, had to wait at least 30 mins to get your car back - elevators took forever to back and forth - was able to see a nic... read more

Glad we were only there overnight. It took an hour to check in at 10 pm at night. Rooms were outdated - musty and drab. Cost of rooms was a value.

Fair The room was dirty. Housekeeping never cleaned the room the entirety of my stay. I called guest service for housekeeping to bring up towels and washcloths because we never received any new ones because our room wasn’t cleaned. I was told the towels and washcloths would be brought up within the hour and they never showed up. I wasn’t able to take a shower before i checked out. The restaurants available in the resort.
