arrived at 8 on a Friday night to wait an hour to check in just to be told we were double booked and they had to find us resort staff and hospitality The amount that was offered from room types to restaurants and shopping was beyond plenty to choose from

Worst hotel suite ever I paid about $700 total after all fees for 1 night on a Suite at the West Tower. The suite was supposed to accommodate 4 guests which it did not since it was only 1 King bed and the living room sofa was not a sofa bed. My kids had to sleep on the hard wood floor. I had to call 3 times to front desk and wait 3 hours just to get 2 extra blankets and 2 pillows and they had no rollaway beds. I have stayed on many hotels suites but this by far was the worst and way over prices. Only the location

Overall, had a fun time, but I shouldnt have been sweating my ass off while sleeping The air conditioning in the room didn't work well. Room is dated. Bad value

waiting in line to get a room for 3.5 hours after check in time because our room wasn’t ready yet was very disappointing everything it was so old nothing
