Pleasant The room was hot most of the night, there was some filtering in the bathroom as well and not draining well. Early closing of the restaurants. Pool closed too early and no a lot of the staff knew where it was. The resort decorations, check in was simple and straight forward

all right The kiosks didn't work and when they did eventually work it took an unreasonable amount of time to load. There was also only two people checking in for a hotel that has 1000+ guests

Pleasant Couldn't express check in waited in line to check in for almost 2 hours pools weren't open and if you are a guest at the hotel you shouldn't have to pay for parking Beds were very comfortable, bathroom was nice size view from room was nice
