Bad Tried to cancel within required timeframe and even after by following instructions provided on booking.com. Made several calls then tried email; however unable to reach anyone by phone or email. Poor cancelation communication and I still haven't received a response from resort which booking.com just refers you too but doesn't read the message details that I've been trying to reach hotel at all hours and not getting anyone regarding our reservation! Find somewhere else to stay 1. Very confusing to get around 2. Unfriendly staff 3. Was supposed to be in a non-smoking room, however, it smelled very strong of smoke. Told front desk - they said oh well 4. Casino and machines are extremely old 5. The bed was ancient, uncomfortable, and felt like it was going to fall into pieces Nothing

Room was extremely outdated I stayed here about 5 years ago and it was great. This time room was very outdated floors very dirty, broken furniture! It was like staying in a motel yet a $500/ 1 night motel! Not worth the uncomfortableness and the disgust of not touching anything Restaurants

Bad мы забронировали номер в башне Chelsea,так как мы останавливались в этом отеле ранее и я знала расположение и отличие номеров в башнях,но когда мы пришли на check in нам сказали,что нет больше номеров по нашей резервации и дали номер в башне west .Когда мы пришли в номер,мы били в ужасе -от того,что это не соответствовало тому номеру какой мы хотели и за какой заплатили ,вернувшись на ресепшн нам сказали,что есть номер для курящих в башне North -мы не курящие и я специально когда бронировала башню Chelsea выбрала номер д... read more
