will not be back the room had a strong smoke smell which made us nauseous. the casino and restaurants were nice

a poorly staffed hotel cannot provide hospitality- on a busy 4th of July weekend the property should be putting ‘best fo not enough staff for a busy weekend, our room was given away, we were promised free parking but there was no way to redeem it or even ask because the lines at front desk were outrageously long. there was a cockroach in the bathroom and makeup on our towels. the remote control to the TV didn’t work. room decor was fairly modern

Bad This place deserves a 0 period this hotel Is horrible and nasty never will I stay here . Drunk people everywhere and homeless people all over this place someone broke into my car the rooms are that nice

Bad The room was so dirty, it was a ten minute walk just to get to the room with 2 escalator rides, 2 elevator rides & through multiple buildings every time you wanted to go from the room to the casino or heaven forbid, the parking garage, which was twice as far. So while the location could have been good, you end up walking more than you would at a place off or the strip because it’s a maze to the room and back. Over priced for the quality. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Mirrors were dirty. Bed sheets smelled like buttcheeks. The room was out dated. Bed sheets smelled like the previous guests. Not enough towels. We were locked out of our room for 2 hours each time and had to eat our dinner in the hallway waiting on security to let us inside our room.
