Summer Vacay We had two valet parking attendants at nighttime, tell us after our 3rd night staying their out of 6 days, they tried to tell us they couldn't park our van because its a transit van, the height wouldn't fit. Even though we've been their for a couple days already and took it out already out from other attendants, we just took it out for dinner. They're like you can park down the road, I'm like no, we've already paid here and are staying here, they told us to park it, gave us a ticket and were having an attitude. ... read more

it was a sub par experience the rooms and hotel decor were very dated with very ugly wallpaper and carpets. The bathrooms were ugly.

not worth the money. will stay somewhere else next time. room was dusty, sparse, poorly decorated, no information about the resort, no tub, window shades did not fully block the light clean, tv worked, mini fridge, nice view.

no comment jumping from tower to tower to reach our room and the main entrance. the room not clean. the internet slow. no one told us that we have to book our chair in advance for the pool deck however we share one chair because all other chair’s were reserved in advanced. the food was to limited, must add more meals in the menu and specially for kids. there ware no toothbrush, shaving, etc. that must provide in each room cuz it’s a hotel with many stars. and it’s overprice with this limited stuff. the location that’s it.
