okay the room was dated.. needed painting and furniture was worn. the fact that it was everything you needed on site

Fair Check in process was very confusing. Had to check in at a Kiosk. I wish someone was there to welcome us and answer questions. Hotel has separate wings and it was very confusing to find rooms. I had no map and no one to ask about the pool. Room was nice. I had a remodeled room in south tower.

A bit disappointed I didn't like that I couldn't find any of the employees. I didn't like checking in on a kiosk because I considered staying an additional night but no one ever responded to my request and you can't ask a kiosk those kind of questions. It's very difficult to get anyone on the phone so I just gave up. I didn't like the poor access to the boardwalk/ beach.
