Spend the extra and go to Oceans! Horrible service. No employees. Everything is automated and filthy! Great location

Very disappointing Tommy’s and hotel could be cleaner. Not enough restaurants to eat. 45 minute wait to get Starbucks Poor choice of places to eat breakfadt

it was okay but really would have wanted to know about how and what to do. it would have been nice to talk with a person bathroom was not that clean, stained towel and nothing left in the room explaining about new changes. not knowing that needed a reservation in order to eat at hotel restaurants or to do anything. when I booked the room it advertised about the pools but didn’t say that it wouldn’t be open or even have to make a reservation for that as well. also someone knocked on our door around 10pm our first night asking... read more

just ok but not a good value the room was dated and needed to be refreshed. the sink faucet had some rust. it was not my idea of a $500/night room. also, there is only one bank of 4 elevators to access the west tower from the lobby. the stairs are locked. this caused long lines waiting for elevators at times. good location.
