Very inconvenient no help staff with negative attitude and needs better being Bedside manner when dealing with people The attitude of the employees was very negative and Nobody wanted to help you when you needed help people not knowing how to direction my second room was nice .

Uncomfortable and disappointed The room was very plain for it to cost so much, it was cold as hell in there so it was hard to be comfortable,check in was a nightmare, our room was up on the 48 floor which made getting up and down to the lobby basically impossible, I stayed here before and it was nothing like it was before. I was disappointed because I love this hotel. I love that this hotel has everything at your finger tips right under the roof.

Fair Room very old. Staff in bars and clubs are very rude location and restaurant choices inside.

Mediocre room did not justify the price paid Room needed updating and shower pressure too low check-in process and check-out process pretty quick

Not happy with my stay The heater was not working, the key to our did not work we were locked out for 45 minutes. we had issues with the keys since the moment we got them. The room did not match the picture we were shown online and the room had a weird musty smell and did not look clean.

Dark dreary like “motel”, staff is rude, cigarette smell, The staff was nasty, the elevators were dirty, the halls smelled like cigarette, halls are dark brown look like a sleazy motel... I am very upset at how rude the staff was and I play big $. I actually loss 3000 but that’s has nothing to do with my experience and expectations.
