very disappointed… I had a really bad experience this time around. the bathroom was not cleaned properly had hair all over the place. The water coming out of the faucet was ice cold. maintenance was informed, but the problem was unresolved. He told us he fixed it and then rushed out of the room and took one of our towels with him. At 5 am our next door neighbors woke us up and had loud music blasting, laughing and talking really loud. We had to get up and call security. Atrocious! Filthy And Disgusting. Hotel Smelled like weed and room was very dirty. Hotel looks very old and Run Down. nothing.

Not well staffed I had to wait and hour in line to check in to my room. There were too many people trying to do the same thing at the same time.

It was relaxing but a lot of working out lol. From the parking garage to your room is about a 20 minute walk which wasn’t ideal. In the Chelsea tower the escalator was broke so the stairs kinda sucked. There were elevators but there was always a line. the view was nice

never again for the money you charge everyone deserves a comfortable stay you shouldn’t be discriminated on which tower you stay at . wether you pay under 100 a night or over 500 a night you deserve to be comfortable. it was nice
