Slightly below average Rooms are old and really need an upgrade. Our shower had some mold. Check-in process was a nightmare. Restaurants, location, casino area

If i had to rate the room 1-10. I would give it a 4. The electricity went off for a brief time. Locating staff was a problem. If you had questions about self-check in kiosk there was no one around. The single bedroom was ok. The bathroom needs an upgrade. The lobby area. The variety of stores. The friendly of the staff in the stores. The spa was nice.

north tower much better then the west tower several bugs were found in hotel room. bathroom needs to be renovated location from the convention center

Disappointing Lobby main desk was closed. Self service check in kiosk didn't have any staff nearby to help. Couldn't find staff to help with directions to room. Room didn't have bath towels. Phone didn't have a directory to call for towels. Restaurant for breakfast was very nice. Staff were great and the food and atmosphere was nice.
