The room next to me had a party I had a wayyy better stay at Bailey’s their rooms are gorgeous and at a better rate directions to and from the room and to the garage was horrible The casino

Disappointing
never again stay here me and my spouse stayed for a few nights and didn’t know that the snow was coming and that we needed to stay another night the lady at the front was rude and didn’t want to help nothing no food it’s like u starving

Very Disappointing Cleanliness, view and size for the money Dirty carpet and had one towel, check-in was a mess and had to walk 2-miles to get to the front desk in another tower, view from our room wasn't what we paid for and everything was closed

Ok The pool was closed , a lot of stores were closed as well as restaurants . We didn’t get the room we reserved . Etc . Food places and Wet willies

Bad They put us in a tower that was far away even when we booked in the west tower. They tave us a smoking room when we asked them to switch us. It smelled of weed and cigarettes I could hardly breathe in the room. It looks like the rooms haven't been renovated in 60 years Casino was okay

AVOID THIS HOTEL PLEASE !! rude ppl at front desk, room next door throwing a party with loud speakers playing Cardi B music until 5 am, hotel couldn’t care less about the situation, room was dirty, they have no breakfast, hotel over crowded ppl without mask, completely disaster. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL absolutely nothing
