Nightlife was great, room not so much. Black biological growth ( mold spores) on the walls in the bathroom and in the shower. Shower head was disgusting, had to clean it before I showered. There was people fighting across the hall for hours. We got up to the room at 1am Finally called security at 3am. Security came up really fast but didn’t do a great job at removing them. The woman wouldn’t leave, Police should of been called and weren’t . That woman was verbally abusive to security just as bad as she was to her boyfriend. ... read more

Pretty Great Birthday Weekend We went to the first room 4601 the elevators was thumping noise was so loud, we could hear it in our room. They change our room much better 683 in the south tower. All in all I had a great birthday weekend.

Poor arrived at 2:00 am but could not check in until3:45 was not very helpful. drove 6 hrs in snow with kids crying they were tired. Could of put us somewhere instead had to stay in car.

Good We were put in the West Tower on the 36th floor. It was supposed to be a Classic King Ocean view room. It was ugly, very cold and dated and the toilet was defective. The room Definitely was Not as advertised! I requested a better room. This room was better and more like the advertised room, although it was a Disability room. On the day of departure, Housekeeping was told that we were checking out at 11:00 am. She opened the door at 11:00 am as we were about to leave. She did this without knocking. save your money and stay at the sheraton smoke even in non smoking dirty had to call security multiple times the bathroom
