It was okay but the price I paid should have reflected on the comfort of the hotel in general Didn't know I'll pay through my nose for a two night stay there. It was way more than what the booking.com website said. The beds were comfy and the bathroom had good lighting

Bad I had holes in the walls, very dirty room couldn’t change rooms even offered to pay difference, got no sleep after fighting broke out from 3am-7 am with security finally jumping in after getting no sleep The service at the food places

went there to relax. came back tired and more stressed out. waste chelsea tower. dirty towels. annoying noise from the air ducts, i could not sleep with the noise. listing said there was a view; there was a view but not from the room. close to everything

Fair I walked out onto the boardwalk and under the Pavilion where several homeless men intoxicated urinating on the dunes.

this was not my first stay, but it is my last. when I arrived to the Tropicana they gave me keys to my first room 646 and it was dirty, I returned to the front desk and told them and the person there gave me an attitude then proceeded to give me a new room. when I got to my new room 1774 it was finally clean but I did Lysol everything just to be safe with Covid-19 going around…the pillows in the new room were flat, the fridge wasn’t cold, and the AC did not work. i wasn’t going to complain again and keep moving from room too... read more
