This stay was not My boyfriend and I were put into the worst room possible. The banging of the elevator shafts was all we could hear. I called to the front desk to ask to change rooms but it was more of an inconvenience for me to do so. I wish they would’ve have said we can bring a new room card and help move bags etc etc. We ended up switching rooms and it was better. The other issue was the lines to get to an elevator and to get onto an elevator. I’ve stayed at Trop at least 8 times. I do not think I will be staying anytim... read more

Fair The room upgrade was appreciated it. However with faulty lighting and a clogged shower my spouse was unable to shower. This is a large issue for me.

Bad It was very complicated on where to check in very far to walk back to the room their check in lobby was closed we had to walk alot to check in the main lobby to then walk back thru to get back to the chealse tower. For the price I will not recommend the chealse just cause it was not convenient to get to the other side.

It is what it is… I didn’t like the location of my room for the price I paid. I was about a 4-5 minute walk from my room and across the entire casino to get something to eat. There was something open to eat when I got there at 3:00am.

not worth the money there was no valet parking. we had to park in garage that was very far from the check in area. no one to help with bags. no carts. 10$ a day to park there. they charged us for day of check out. rooms were dirty outdated. light didn’t work. restaurants and shopping
