Poor That i was charged $287 for nothing and i wasn't even smoking it just was a candle lit in my room and the security even said it was ok to have my candle
Terrible service A tick latched on to my sister's head from the bed in the room we stayed in. My sister just beat cancer, ticks carry diseases. Your staff reacted terribly to the situation I have written reviews as well as made social media posts about how dissatisfied and disgusted we are.

Fair clean these room walls rugs and windows From the moment I stepped out the elevator on my floor I was smacked with the smell of cigarettes and the room no ventilation smells horrible could not even breath now yes I smoke BUT please clean these room better.
Poor The staff was horrible. Couldn’t get proper directions since I usually use valet they were close this time so I guess they were reluctant to help you find the garage . They weren’t very friendly at all very dissatisfied with the staff as a whole it was continuous may not return wasn’t fair.It was my Birthday didn’t want to travel but, I chose the Tropicana. Facility very clean, comfortable, cozy visited many times now still the same.
Disappointing They ran out of face rags and towels and I had to go purchase some The space
Bad They were crack heads everywhere , not hot water , and the toilet was clogged
