Poor Glass Bathroom door....really? Not sound proof. No ashtray. No Micowave. Gross. No view.

Very disappointed Room was dirty ordered non smoking it definitely was not dust everywhere toilet handle coming off toilet towel smelled of bad fish bed and pillows way to soft and stained phone wouldn’t even work for us to call to front desk alarm and remote control had about an inch of dust on it very disappointing stay Location was good

It was a great experience. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. There was no microwave in our room. The information on on the website stated that microwave was included. The vending machine on the 17 floor wasn’t working (we didn’t get our change). We didn’t have ice in our room nor on the floor. We had to go on the 12th floor for ice! The location was great and we loved the views!
