Very Poor I had no hat water widows was dirty and the ice box didn't work bad wasn't comfortable so its was the worse and food at hooters was nast no taste and cost too much as well as the food at Tropicana restaurant omg nasty Nothing
It was fine COVID just affected a lot of the amenities. That a lot of the attractions were closed. I liked how everything was inside the hotel. And how close it was to the boardwalk.
We were disappointed. There isn't enough signage what so ever. Couldn't find hotel portion coming in from self parking, very hard to navigate if you have never been there before. Hotel staff was very rude, I asked one guy and he told me he's not security and walked away. Another tried showing us but ran off, my boyfriend even tripped and got hurt while we were following and we ended up losing him for awhile. Once caught up, guard was pissed we left him. COVID shutdowns Interior room with noise & lights from casino. No food options open. Temp check guy harassed me at the door- held up a handwritten note & said I could not enter if I came into contact with anybody with COVID. This guy did not even have casino ID & my temp was fine & I am fully vaccinated. Beach & bordwalk
