Los seguridad no hacen bien su trabajo, hicieron una escena solo porque pise la alfombra del casino!! Casi iba detenida Mal manejo de el personal de seguridad !! NO PARA NADA
You never know if you're gonna get an updated room at the Tropicana or a room lost in time . Closeness to the beach and the staff is excellent .
The smoking room needs to be improved if your going to charge for the price of a view. The room was terrible, no microwave, spent $30 . on my food had to throw away, bed had pubic hair had to call housekeeping. chair was dirty. most of all what was supposed to be a $132. total cost for room cost me almost $200. very miss leading , never get a smoking room . just go outside!! Dark n dirty. The housekeeper was very nice who came to change the sheets.

Fair When we arrived we were told that there were no rooms available in the havana tower, and we made a reservation for the havana tower one week prior. The staff rude, and had no idea what was going on. It was very disappointing and i would reconsider before staying at the Tropicana again. Our server Jonathan in Cuba Libre was great.

Pleasant When I first arrived I was trying to get help on where to check in and the people that answered the phone hung up on me and when I called back they wouldn’t answer. I had to call 3 times after to get someone to answer again Convenient
