Besides the door issues, yes I would come back. I stayed in a handicapped room and if it wasn’t for a family member in my room. I would have been sleeping in the hallway because my keys to my room didn’t work properly and I had to bang on the door to get them to let me in for about 15 minutes.. There was no breakfast that I was aware of

Disappointing I wish we had more than 1 bar of soap placed in the bathroom. This was our 1st stay at the Tropicana. My wife who was with me (it was our 46th wedding anniversary) has a walking disability and we needed a wheelchair but in order to have one I had to rent one. I think a wheelchair should be available at no cost. There appears t/b no consideration for the handicapped. Customers with walking disabilities have a great inconvenience in moving about. Fair The description on the website was not the same as what I got. It said ocean view and I got side view. Wasn't happy and told me it wasn't their fault, the one that I expected was higher value so I end up paying extra. Cleaning services was on time.
Poor Took us 2 hours to check in.. 🤮
Very Poor Check in was horrible. Over an hour, standing in line to use a kiosk for a room key. Staff was not helpful. When asked to help with broken machines, they ignored. Only 2 kiosk machines, which worked randomly. Online it said express check in, but there was so such thing. Missed our dinner reservation because of the wait.

Crushed dreams I was so excited to go swimming and put my son in the pool for the first time. Only to find out after booking and it paying and checking in that the pools were by appointment only and it was completely booked up. I should have been informed prior so I would have been able to reserve a chance to go to the pool with my baby. To much to do for 1 day The absurd wait to check in, the kiosk malfunction, the room I reserved wasn't the room I got, there was no microwave to re heat food, spend more time walking from my room to my car to The casino then I did entertainment. I would have to return at a later date and stay for more time to enjoy everything the hotel offered I liked the size of the hotel and everything it has
