Just crazy My room was not clean i had to wipe down the toilet, had hair all over it. My bed had hairs in it. The bathroom also had a lot of rust spots. For the money the room didn't look like I thought. Wouldn't stay there again Shopping

Very Poor Marijuana smoke filled hallways, took 8 hours to change room, was not offered anything for inconveniences.
Poor Keys did not work at check-in, neither did second pair of keys made. Requested room change, dropped bags off in new room and left out to tour. Came back around 1am to find bathroom toilet was filthy and had hairs all over. Stained pillow cases. Called down and was told hskp. left for the night.Had to walk to 7-eleven to buy cleaning products to clean toilet. :(
