Nice spot,food,entertainment service and facilities needs improvement. Checking in took 1hr 30 mins long Apparently short staff. Food delivered to room took an hour or more simple sandwich. Last night in loud people checked in and had loud music pounding for over an hour. Breakfast was great. Location is excellent.
Bad the AC unit was not working which left the room hot. i called and they sent someone up. even after the guy said it was licking which means its broken and would have our room changed no one came to assist us. then the keys werent working which we were locked out for 1hr.
Roaches It was dirty sink and roaches at the property I liked the view and room size
Disappointing
Fair Hotel is a maze with multiple towers and elevator banks. Need more direction to the various areas and the self parking area. We wandered around looking for locations. Should have been advised of the culture of the hotel a reservation a day in advance in required for restaurants even the pool. I was not happy could not get into any restaurants had to eat in food court. Really. Hotel check in was a nightmare. 40 minute check in line. Not happy. Fair It’s hard to find your room after parking in the garage. We needed better directions. We requested late check out because we had a meeting but they were not flexible even after they had a fire scare and we were out of our room for over an hour while the firefighters check out the property only to find out it was a false alarm this was a huge inconvenience. The staff was pleasant
Horrible Everything including the price of the stay Price is high with very poor service Nothing
The Worst choice I ever made. I went with my husband and my 2 kids the smell of cigarettes of ??? was all over the elevator hallway and i can even smell inside my room
