Disappointing
Poor Booking.com I don't like your site. Charge me more than expected.
Very Poor Rooms were dirty and old looking. It was cold in our room.We couldn’t use the pool. It was the indoor pool. They didn’t tell us when we checked in that you had to make a reservation to use the pool.. The view was nice.
Fair EVERYTHING It's in such a bad area we witnessed two arrests on the boardwalk right outside the hotel area is dirty won't be going back
Bad experience Everything, would never go back... Nothing...
GO ELSEWHERE Everything else. Charged a different price than was listed, didn't get the room we booked, staff was extremely rude, COVID-19 procedures weren't enforced (and was threatened by another Guest when we stated that the elevator was at capacity and asked them to take the next one), was given a $5 off parking voucher that had already expired. How close we were to the beach.
It was not a good experience considering that I was trying to show my family a little love The breakfast menu was too expensive $6 dollars for eggs it was all over price, families trying to experience some kind of normalcy due to the Pandemic & the staff need to be Trained socially, I stayed at other Hotels & this was my worst experience even the garage parking attending was condescending all around it was a bad experience for me & my Family
