Very disappointing, our stay in the south tower in July was much better. Bathroom was not very clean. There was hair in the tub/shower from a previous guest. We didn’t get much sleep ( about 2 hours) due to hearing banging all night from the elevator doors closing and people in the hallway. My 10 month old woke up 6 times from the noise outside our room.
